This month, our Health System Survey asks about your End-of-Life IT Program.
It is centered on end-of-life, non-medical electronic equipment used in the healthcare setting. Specifically, electronic equipment that supports the day-to-day activities of your facility. This would include head-end equipment, IT workstations, computers, laptops, computers on wheels, TVs, monitors, cell phones, pagers, fax machines, copy machines and other supporting electronic equipment (E-waste).
These surveys — open to individuals currently employed at health systems — feature less than 15 multiple-choice questions which can be answered in under 5 minutes. Upon completion, eligible* participants will be entered into a drawing to receive a $200 Amazon.com Email Gift Card from healthsystemCIO.com. The winner will receive the gift card as an email voucher which he/she may redeem at Amazon.com. This survey sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon®.
