Webinars are produced in two formats (see below), all of which include several content deliverables to maximize value before, during and after the live event.
Webinar Format Options
- Three-Person Panel Discussion – Two hospital IT executives (recruited by hsCIO with input from the sponsor) and one sponsor speaker
- PowerPoint presented by the sponsor and a customer
Process
- Webinar production begins with a kickoff call with Editor-in-Chief Anthony Guerra to help shape the webinar focus and potential speaker list.
Content Creation
Along with continued promotion by healthsystemCIO, the sponsor receives the following content assets for unlimited and continued promotion
- Podcast recording (distributed to all major podcasting services)
- Editorial Article – Posted on hsCIO and in weekly enewsletter
- Video recording (posted on hsCIO YouTube Page and hsCIO)
- A two-minute video clip of each speaker is posted to LinkedIn in the weeks following the webinar

Continuing Education Credits: Attendees who hold the following CHIME certifications earn 1 CEU: CHCIO, CHISL, CFCHE, and CDH (all levels). Other programs — such as those offered by AHIMA and NAHQ/HQCC — may also award CEUs. Check with your provider.
