Topic
Attaining Meaningful Use hinges on your ability to create an application environment that clinicians will embrace, with no clinician wasting time on applications that underperform. So before you even think about starting down the CPOE path, or launching an electronic documentation initiative, it’s critical your infrastructure is solid as a rock. One way to guarantee you are strong, and nimble, is by moving toward a more integrated infrastructure through application virtualization. Doing so will not only improve the quality of services that IT can deliver, but provide better security and data archiving as well, along with reducing operating costs and capital expenditures. In such an environment, the stage will truly be set for Meaningful Use.
