One healthcare leader was set on becoming an artist. One considered a career as a flight attendant. Another saw herself as a comedian. Fortunately, they chose healthcare, but it could have been a very different world if these (and other) leaders had followed their original paths.

In this post, leaders shed light on the conversations that altered their lives.
For the leaders who are attending the CHIME Fall Forum, it’s not just about shiny toys. Instead, Aaron Miri, Tanya Townsend, Terri Couts and Gretchen Britt look forward to finding “creative solutions to doing more with less,” and “how we will progress in our journeys toward Digital Health.”

In this interview, she talks about the importance of training, change management, and IT governance, and how she’s applying lessons learned from her time as a nurse.
