Dell Enlarges Healthcare Footprint With InSite One

Dell plans to acquire cloud-based medical archiving provider InSite One, Inc. In an email, Mitchell Goldburgh, senior vice president marketing and business development at InSiteOne, wrote, “We want to immediately reassure the market that everything will be business as usual. Once the deal closes, the entire InSite One team will transition to Dell. There will be no changes to our leadership team or reporting structure. In addition, we will continue to support and service the full range of InSite One technology and continue to work with the same InSite One team members as you have in the past.”
