Data quality is a huge issue in healthcare – and the impacts of it will continue to grow as that data is increasingly relied upon with advances in automation & AI. It’s so big, yet it is often not addressed in a planned way. Sometimes — such as when an organization is migrating from one EHR to another, or extending its EHR to a newly acquired entity — an opportunity presents itself that cannot be ignored. And it certainly should not be missed, as poor data quality (often revealed by having a large % of duplicate records, an incomplete medical record, or inaccurate data within the record) impacts everything from patient safety to compliance to reimbursement. And lest anyone think such components of the migration will be squared away by the EHR vendor, think again. In this webinar, we’ll speak to leaders who have worked through data migrations, and in the process improved the information upon which the entire organization depends.
