If 2020 was about doing whatever it took to stay above water — and, for many organizations, it was — then 2021 has been about moving forward. In some cases, to the “digital edge.”
This sentiment was reflected in our compilation of the top interviews from the past year. In a podcast recorded early in the year, Andy Crowder, Chief Information and Analytics Officer with Atrium Health, stated, “It’s about what’s the next thing to do. What’s the next interaction?”
In order to keep surging ahead, however, leaders must ensure everything is being done to keep the lights on, while at the same time maintaining a solid cybersecurity posture, delivering a quality experience for patients, and retaining top talent.
It’s not an easy job. Fortunately, so many CIOs, CISOs, CDIOs and others have been willing to lend us their time to share best practices. Below is a listing of the most read/listened to interviews from 2021. Thanks so much to all who participate, and happy new year to all!
