You’re on the hook to bring in Stage 1 Meaningful Use dollars. The question is: how do you implement the required clinical systems and get enough physicians to use them in time? In this complimentary education-focused Webinar, you’ll hear from those who’ve largely climbed the mountain that lays before you. In 60 minutes – packed with specific, practical advice from those working in the trenches – you’ll learn how to rapidly perform a “culture gap” analysis, develop a governance-fueled project management strategy, engage and train staff and independent physicians, and bring the whole thing in on (HITECH) time and under budget.
