		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Medical Group Management Association wants ONC to deem electronic health record software certified by CCHIT in 2008 or later as meeting the requirements for Meaningful Use Stage 1, according to the organization’s comment letter on the Certification Process NPRM. “MGMA representatives will continue to advocate for simplified EHR incentive program requirements, logistics and software certification processes.
