Kent Gale is Founder and Chairman of KLAS, a health informatics research company that works to “help providers make informed technology decisions by offering accurate, honest, and impartial vendor performance information.” It has been collecting ratings on health IT software since 1997, and has become the gold standard in the industry for measuring performance. Gale, who founded the company along with Leonard Black, Scott Holbrook, and his son Adam, is also involved in ministry work, spending a year volunteering in Portugal.
