Joey Hobbs

In June of 2015, Joey Hobbs left the CIO post at Community Hospital Anderson, a job he had held since 2012, to become a Regional CIO for NetApp. Hobbs’ history with CHA goes back much further, starting with an internship doing desktop support in 1998. Hobbs played a key role in the organization’s Meditech implementation, and served on the company’s Customer Service Advisory Committee. In his new role with NetApp, he enjoys engaging with CIOs and continuing to grow as a leader in the field. His topics of interest include leadership and education, the role of social media in improving care, and patient engagement.
