    Ah, finally someone else is pointing to the emperor’s clothes, or lack thereof.

    First, ONC is doing what bureaucrats do best. Fight for survival. Spin the message so all believe things are going swimmingly. As an example, those stats that Blumenthal quotes only include doc practices with 5 or more docs. That ignores about 15,000 practices and the most likely ones to not attempt the MU gauntlet.

    Secondly, as I have been crying for over a year…why worry? If a doc misses MU they are going to reduce his annual Medicare MB Adjustment, which today still stands somewhere between ZERO and MINUS 25%! See: A Meaningful Ruse
